FOC 2008
CONGRATULATIONS, OLD
JOES!
St Josephs College OBA (UK)
beat St Sebastians OBA to win the coveted FOC Challenge Trophy this
year at Winchmore Hill Cricket Club grounds on 13 July 2008. This
is the first time Old Joes have become champians of this tournament
in their 19 year participation. Man of the Match Trophy went to
Josephian Buddika Attanayake, while Sebastianite Tushendra Soysa
was awarded the Man of the Tournament Trophy. (St Joesephs 45 in
5 overs; St Sebastians 39-all out in 3 overs)
Plate Tournament was won
by last year's Champians St Benedicts College OBA and runners up
were debutant Mahanama OBA.
