Your Day at the FOC

The eagerly anticipated FOC Cricket Match Series between SL OBAs, inaugurates the day with play in the main ground’s, eight cricket pitches, conforming to the displayed match fixtures. There are many other activities, events and shows run concurrently elsewhere in the extensive grounds, in addition to cricket.

Entertainment

  • Performances by renowned Sri Lankan specialist Musical Bands
  • On show are artistic, cultural and interesting Acts, in the Specified Stage and others areas.
  • Running through the day, Open-air shows plus in-house activities
  • Revel and enjoy the day with all that’s going on, whilst tasting Sri Lankan and other varied food to suit everyone’s sense of taste.

Ladies Cricket

The Ladies cricket tournament is played out in an adjoining play area, with participation by the OGA members.

Children’s fun fair

Children are allocated an exclusive and safe play area, for them to be entertained and occupied with activities, amongst themselves with their families and friends, under the close supervision of their Parents and or Carers.

Event Entry

  • It is compulsory for all the Members, Families and participants of the event to purchase tickets, as appropriate, on Entry.
  • Price of tickets vary according to the age, as adults, children with the hospitality tickets at an extra cost.
  • Hospitality or the VIP tickets can be pre ordered or purchased at the Entry Gates, which includes many exclusive offers.
  • On entering, each vehicle Occupant has to purchase a vehicle parking ticket, in addition to the Entry ticket per person.

Regulations

  • Checks will be made at the entrance, for age under the Entry and Exit policy for the protection of children from harm. Children under the age of 16 will required to be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all time.
    Admission may be refused to people who are drunk and or disorderly or are identified as “excluded” under the dispersal policy.
  • Checks will be made to exclude prohibited items including use of glass bottles, on individuals and or a number of persons, or vehicles to maintain a protective and safe environment for the Guests within the premises.
  • A zero-tolerance policy is followed and actioned as appropriate, towards people who are persistently disruptive and or unruly on the Grounds, which may result in them being dispersed and or ejected from the FOC grounds.
  • Entry and exit is allowed only through the main gate via Forest Road. Re-Entry is not allowed. Car park is closed at at 9 pm.
  • Consumption of alcohol by people under 18 years of age, including buying alcohol for children, by adults is an offence and strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas.
  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

Privacy Policy- Our Photographers take photos at FOC throughout the event. These images will be used by FOC to share news about the Festival, and to publicise our next FOC event. Images may be used in press releases, printed publicity and published on FOC Facebook Page and Marketing materials. If you would prefer for you or your child not to be photographed, please speak to the event coverage team or our officials on the day
